FNDS asked ETL Expertise to carry out an organisational audit of human resources, together with an assignment to verify qualifications and detect forged diplomas among its staff.
The approach made it possible to assess the organisational structure, identify what was not working and propose ways of improving it.
What the assignment produced
Several cases of forged diplomas found.
By the end of the assignment, the work had not only improved the Fund's human resources management but also brought several cases of forged diplomas to light.
