Under their partnership, SONACIM and ETL Expertise signed a contract to rehabilitate and modernise the organisation's stock management, with solutions built for its own needs.
The team travelled to the Bakaouré cement plant to observe the state of the stocks on site and assess current practice, in order to identify weak points and room for improvement.
Every stage was examined — receipt of raw materials, storage, distribution — from the angle of compliance with management standards and the smoothness of operations.
