The assignment
One programme, several trades.
SHT launched a capacity-building programme for its staff. ETL Expertise delivered it, in association with the National Institute of Petroleum and Gas (INPG) of Senegal.
The programme covers audit, internal control and governance; financial, accounting and tax management; the activities of the oil sector, downstream and trading; management, strategy and organisational performance.
To these are added institutional communications, human resources management and employment law, administration and archiving, information systems and digitalisation, logistics, procurement and public contracts.
